By downloading, installing, or using the Walkthrough Pro application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Walkthrough Pro is a professional site documentation and audit tool designed for offline use. It provides tools for capturing observations, marking up photos, and generating PDF reports.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter into the App. As an offline-first application, you are also responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, App uninstallation, or accidental deletion.

4. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. In no event shall Walkthrough Pro be liable for any professional errors, construction delays, financial losses, or data loss arising from the use or inability to use the App. The App is a documentation tool and does not constitute professional engineering or architectural advice.

5. Intellectual Property

The App's code, design, and trademarks are the property of Walkthrough Pro. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for professional documentation purposes.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
